I don’t always wear black v necks and leather jackets. When it’s cold as fuck I add a hoodie. To a black v neck and leather jacket 🤓

Thoughts on this brand new never-before heard song with @ashwallbridge?
.
This track is streaming as a live demo of a @choonhq_ Smart Record Contract. Without getting too technical, when you listen to the full song, you can see royalties being distributed in real time via the Ethereum Blockchain. Basically COOL AS FUCK.
.
This is ‘CRYPTO’. Let me know if you like it 😬😎😳 Gaz xx

Five years today. Still punching 😎👊🏻 Happy anniversary to my amazing wife @kattemery. We can’t celebrate today because she’s in Miami killing it at Art Basel... but that’s all good because I fucking love that she’s a independent business powerhouse as well as a amazing wife + mother. See you next week ❤️

It won’t seem it but this post is about Bitcoin (which just hit $10,000 a coin). It's a bit of a boring story but if you like tech, you might find it of some interest.
.
In 1999, I got this phone. It was pretty notable as it was the first ever phone to have mobile internet, known at the time as WAP. Every other phone at that point made phone calls and sent regular SMS messages and did NOTHING ELSE. I know that’s gonna be hard to imagine for those of you who have never known the world before the iPhone, but phones were incredibly fucking basic at this point in time.
.
What could you do with this groundbreaking new phone, the Nokia 7110? Fuck all really. Mainly, I used it to download the football scores. It took a long fucking time.
.
Most people had a right old laugh about this. “Why on earth do you need to download the football scores on your phone? Just buy a newspaper. It’s cheaper (it was), it’s quicker (it was) and there are pictures! You’re wasting your time”.
.
And, at that point, they were right. A newspaper or TV was a far better way to get the football scores. I was indeed wasting my time. However, I continued to view them on the super-primitive version of the net I had on my phone. Why?
.
Because it felt like the fucking future.
.
Fast-forward nearly 20 years and everyone’s getting the football scores on their phone these days and the 'mobile internet' that almost everyone I knew laughed at me for using has changed almost every aspect of our lives.
.
Today, Bitcoin passed $10,000, and many people will be saying “It’s hardly got any real world uses, you can do everything better with regular money, it’s slow, it’s cumbersome etc” and THEY ARE RIGHT... today.
.
But just remember, it takes a lot longer than we think for technologies to become useful.
.
So if you're interested in Bitcoin, cryptocurrency or indeed any other new technology, don't ask what it does now. Ask what it *could* do in 2030. Because you'll get a very different answer.

Let's be honest - playing in any form of stadium is pretty fucking epic and being my first time at the legendary Sensation made today one I'll never forget
.
At first I was slightly grumpy about having to acquire white jeans which I didn't own (who the fuck does?) but after hearing the story of how #sensationwhite came about, I was glad to participate and found everyone being dressed the same a strangely levelling thing. Everyone felt equal which was actually a great thing.
.
Very grateful to live this life and get to do things like this. ❤️😎🇦🇺

It's good to say "thank you" not just on Thanksgiving but as often as you can. Trust me, it's a major fucking game changer.
.
Gratitude is one of the most powerful emotions you can practice. I try and do it every day but as long as I manage 4 days a week my attitude towards life is markedly improved.
.
If you are a highly strung type A achiever type (like me) learning to slow down and thank the world for what's good in your life, big or small, is massive.
.
For the longest time, I had a real issue enjoying any wins. I’d sell out a club, I wished I was selling a bigger one. I’d be flying business class but I wished I was flying first class. A song of mine would hit 1,000,000 YouTube plays and I’d immediately start thinking about 5,000,000. And so on. This sort of attitude led to me relentlessly achieving many thing but barely taking a moment to enjoy them. And what's the point in that?
.
These days I make a point of slowing down and saying 'thank you' as often as I can. Today, with this beautiful view, it's easy - but it's more important when I'm having a shit day. Taking a moment to appreciate the fact that my family are healthy, I don't live in a war zone, etc.
.
(Random fact, when you’re feeling ‘thankful’ it’s impossible to feel scared or angry either. So that’s good, too)
.
If you want to get into this a bit more, check out a book called The Five Minute Journal or Tony Robbin's priming routine.
.
Thank you all for all the joy you have given me this year.
